Horsley and Send CC are looking to appoint two highly motivated cricket coaches to work closely with the Director of Cricket, to help develop and deliver training programmes to all our members in both the summer and winter months.

Key Attributes

• Ability to coach, enthuse and lead sessions for both winter and summer training
programmes
• Hold a Minimum Level 2 ECB Cricket Coaching Certificate
• Decent playing experience that will add strength to the Club’s 1st XI (Expected to play for the
club)
• Communicate with and support Age Group managers

The Candidate

• Have strong organisation and planning skills
• Highly motivated individual
• Good playing experience in competitive leagues
• Right to work in the UK and hold a valid DBS
• Available to work from October through to August
• Flexible working patterns (Evening and weekend work)
• Report to the Director of Cricket

The Package

• Competitive hourly rate
• Potential for additional income through private 1-1s
• Midweek working hours during the day in schools and evening at the club.
